Very poor service, I was told I had a bent wheel. it turns out the vibration came from the tire they damaged during installation and let me drive away with.
Very helpful, the guys working in the auto department are very knowledgeable and can answer questions about cars that others can't
I came here to have my tires balanced on my car on a Sunday morning because I have a very tight schedule. I walked through the service center doors and was at the desk at 8:50am (they open at 9am in Sunday) by the time someone was behind the desk it was maybe 9:05am? There was me and 2 other people waiting. The first thing the guys asks us (looking at me as I was the first there) "who walked under the chains through the bay doors to get in here?" We all say not me. I told him I walked right through the customers entrance doors and he said those were locked. I said hmm that's wired.. he said they have someone watching the cameras and people can get in trouble for it. I told him to check the cameras then and match a face to whoever supposedly did it. My guess was one of the employees didn't lock the doors and was looking for a way out of their confrontation? Either way I was a little pissed that they seemed to be accusing us (me) about that. So I give them my information, 15 minutes go by or so and I was just around the corner looking at some automotive stuff and I hear couple of the guys talking. One mentioned my vechicle, and I then here another guy say "oh we're doing that vehicle last" I was very irritated by this because I know they were mad at me because 1, I had a very high end vechile in for service (going against my better judgement to take it to Walmart in the first place) they obviously were thinking "look at this snob coming in early, wanting service on his high end vehicle, I wish I could accuse him of going under the chain, but I can't because no one actually did" I took a peek so see if the vehicle was in the garage yet, I was going to tell them nevermind.. the vehicle was already in a bay so I was a little nervous about how they would handle the job.. I sat for a few more minutes and one of the guys called me out to the garage. He explained to me that they could not service the vehicle because one of the lift points were missing and they didn't want to damage anything. I was super relieved that they had this news! I thought "phew! A way out!" There were 2 guys showing me the issue (which I already knew about the lift point block being missing, I had just forgotten) one of the guys stunk of alcohol extremely bad! I mean pure hangover breath. I got the heck out of there and will definitely never have anything serviced by them again.
Terrible service called ahead to bring my car in for my wheels to be balanced told me the wrong price then when I get in there they say they just took another car and could not get me in.
