The company came to review our electrical needs and upgrades in October 2018. They told us they were booked until after the first of the year. I was expecting at least an estimate prior to that, however, even after speaking with the office person in February, and two susequent messages left in February and March, we to date have heard nothing— no estimate, no work date, not even the courtesy of an “I’m sorry, we can’t do it”. I would loved to have given them a 5 star rating, but customer service is severly lacking.
