I recently stopped into Bella Floral looking for some advice on how to take care of a planter that I had recently received after my grandmother passed away. I wasn’t sure where the planter came from but after explaining the issues I was having and showing Donna, the new owner, some pictures she knew that the plant came from her shop. She offered to replace the plants that I was having issues with at no cost! I was pleasantly surprised at this offer as I was only looking for advice on how to keep the plants alive. She replaced the plants and gave me some instructions on the proper care of the plants in the planter. Donna definitely went above and beyond my expectations! In this case, a little extra customer service went a long way. I will definitely be back to Bela Floral and will recommend Donna and her services to my friends and family!!
The owner was so rude and unprofessional! He never returns phone calls or emails when I wanted flowers for my wedding. And they are over priced!

I would defiantly never go there for anything. I personally think the place is way too over priced. I mean $70 for a dozen roses???? I cant be the only person to think that's ridiculous. Also my wife and I and our 4 year old son were neighbors to the owner Rick. It's a big house divided into two apartments. We had upstairs and he had down. But the time living there he was nothing but rude to my wife and I. We didn't even want to be there because of him. Also i don't think he likes kids. You know 4 year olds are very energetic loud and playful. My kid couldn't do anything with out this guy complaining. "Your kid is playing to loud. Your kid keeps running around. You need to control your kid." I have NEVER had such a rude neighbor before. He made living there a very horrible experience for us. So yea needless to say I will never have anything to do with him. Very rude and unprofessional. Don't count my one star I only gave it that because I have to. If I could I'd give him a -5 stars.
What a most excellent experience in quality and customer service. I called not really knowing what I wanted to do and they took care of me from beginning to end. The gentleman on the phone was so pleasant to speak with and very polite.
I recently ordered flowers from here for my mother-in-law's memorial service. Obviously it was important for us to have beautiful flowers because they were coming from her son. I spoke to the florist ( sorry didn't get his name) and he explained that then one of my arrangements had gladiolas that were not in season but he asked me to trust him that he would substitute something appropriate and beautiful.he certainly earned this trust! We ordered two separate Arrangements. I wish I'd taken pictures to show you what it they looked like but it wasn't appropriate. They were breathtaking. Really breathtaking! More beautiful than even the pictures on their website . The gentleman was so kind on the phone telling me "don't worry about the flowers you got more things to worry about today." He also took the time to tell us he was sorry for our loss. A business with a heart and Talent! This is the place you should order your flowers from
