Sure, there's no wait time here compared to other offices, but holy cow were they rude. I had a basic question about transferring my plate from one vehicle to another, and the clerk couldn't comprehend my question, and then was very rude when she finally understood my question, and acted like I should have known the answer and I was wasting her time by asking her.
If I could give negative stars I would. Being out of state and not knowing the exact way of doing things here isn't acceptable I guess. Before even going up to the counter the room of people I was in was lectured about having everything ready and prepared. Which I get but you work in a customer service position you have to expect questions. Then trying to be helpful I gave her paperwork for one vehicle first then told her I had another and she lost her mond because she COULD have done them at the same time. Ok...sorry I don't work here. I would have complained to the manager except she was it. Sad.
