Food was alright. We first drove in and it looked like there was no one here. After we walked in the illusion continuedo and there was no sight of a hostess or a employee at all. Standing there looking like a goof for 5 mins. Waiting for anyone to appear before we were seated by the staff member cleaning the bathroom. I can go on but this is good enough lol pretty well on the poor side but it's alright for what it is.
I always eenjoy going to this Pizza Hut, but I don't often bring my children. This time I did and the waitress was amazingly patient with both of their needs

I used to get good service here, but recently it has gone in to a decline. A new type of crust came out and when we went to try it, this restaurant discontinued it, only after a week of it's debut. The last time I came, I picked up my food for carry out, they gave me my food, but it wasn't until I got home that I realized they didn't give me every thing. This was an error on both their and my part. I should have checked. Now today, which has prompted this review as I wait for my food to be made an hour and a half after I ordered it, is another story. We ordered by phone for carry out. We waited the 45 minutes they said for it to be ready and I drove across town. When I got here there were about eight people waiting for their food. I saw what was on the warmers and it seemed that everyone was getting their food about ten minutes after it was placed there. And when I was finally helped, I asked if my order was ready, she looked at the screen blankly and said no. Then a gentleman behind me asked me what I ordered then proceeded to list my order, I said yeah. They gave my order to him, and he gave it back and they chucked my food. So now I sit, waiting for my food much later than when I ordered it the first time. It might be a while before I try this location again.
I am a truck driver got stopped in ludington could not go any further because of weather I called to have a pizza delivered to me was told no so I called hungry howies they had no problem bringing me a pizza
