Pretty clean. I always stop there but rarely find anything worth buying.
Great goodwill. Everything seems to be very clean and I've found plenty of books and sweaters.
Their "Price management" lacks a LOT-- many non-clothing items often priced HIGHER than Walmart or on-line!
Not well organized, often dirty & messy.. BUT: nice staff and occasionally a great find. Goes to a good cause... just wish you could leave a "wish list' for large items to get a call if they come across what you are looking for.
I find the service hit or miss. Either super helpful and friendly or irratated and best to be avoided. This goodwill usually has good things in the "man" section. Cant complain because goodwills get fewer as you go north.
The manager, Lisa, after THEIR machine didn't give me my receipt, was so dense, that she argued with me that it hadn't gone through on my debit card and her poor worker SAW it with her own eyes couldn't say anything to miss stupid because she was scared! Lisa had to go in the back to ask her IT Dept on the phone if SHE was correct, which she wasn't. She ended up charging me TWICE for my purchase and I haven't returned. Worst customer service ever. She couldn't even apologize. I'll Never donate again there either and I've been spreading the word.
