I am not a lawyer nor a parent or victim of this place but have watched and observed a case from start to finish and the control, manipulation, threats, violation of rights, invasion of privacy, hippa violations, and much more. Do not let these people control you, do not take a plea, and retain a lawyer immediately even if its a low income one just dont get a court appointed lawyer. BE CAUTIONED THAT IF YOU TAKE A PLEA YOU WAIVE ALL YOUR RIGHTS AND YOUR REUNIFICATION WILL BE ALTERED UNDEFINED AND CONSTANTLY CHANGED.
These people are less than professional, they try to do everything they can to make things more difficult for you. They prejudge and yes they are very nosey, they are on a power trip and if you have a court appointed attorney they will work against you with your attorney. DHHS POLICY DOES NOT FOLLOW YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, I recommend that anyone dealing with this corrupt organization especially for child neglect DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR PROMISES AND ITS SMART TO AVOID TAKING ANY PLEA DEALS as YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS AND GIVE DHHS FULL DISCRETION OVER YOUR KIDS. It is very wise to retain a paid lawyer to deal with these inhumane people and ask them to only communicate through your lawyer or you will find yourself getting deprived of your rights, not seeing your children, tricked into signing all kinds of releases so they can ivestigate even the most private of information. Do not be intimidated by these people and do not answer any questions that could be used against as these guys are just as decietful and manipulative as the sherriff. I really hope this helps people.
Very friendly and very helpful get straight to the point
Rich the guy from cps likes to look through girls windows after they say they are getting dressed. Happened not once but twice. Not only that but stopped by the house before the office even opened. Asked me for my phone number even though the system already has it. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Women and women with childeren I'd watch out. He's nothing more than a paid pedophile.
The people here are very rude.
This place is barely handicap and stroller accessible & one of the front desk women has had attitude everytime I've been there.
