Limited in what they can do by being "only" an Authorized Retailer. Found what I needed on my own by calling AT&T corporate.
They are all pretty great people in my opinion and are good at the customer service positions that they are in. They'll talk with you for awhile and not trust try to rush you to get you out. Kinda disappointed that I got some false information about what my bill was going to be and the way the buy one get one with 30% down was going to work. It's the actual AT&T and Directv company that you have to watch out for with billing and customer service.
