I took my computer here bc of a broken hinge and no internet access. They were professional when they told me the internal hard drive was broken and that I should get a new computer. I took it home and turned it on to pull a few files off of it before I got a new computer. It would not work past the loading screen. It turned on before I took it here but not afterwards. I was needing a new computer anyway but I was hoping to get my projects off first. The people working at the shop were nice and helpful but my computer won't work now.
These guys are the nicest people . . . I brought them an 8-year-old Macbook that had crapped out on me. The staff was exceptionally friendly and, even though they don't specialize in Macs, they often can fix them. As it happened, my old motherboard had fried and I decided to purchase a new Macbook. But I will now and forever send anyone who needs help with a PC or Mac to DMC first.
They demonstrated excellent customer service processing my data from a PC to an iPad.
Seriously I would recommend this store to any PC game they have great gear and every thing PC or game related and good deals on it too I give it 5 stars and they help new gamers like me with all my questions and stuff because of there awesome staff but back on track I would recommend this to anyone even non gamers with all the gear that they have
Our computer we took in was completely broken like twenty years old and they fixed it in like 2 hours and it works better than it did before
